OFFICE COORDINATORNEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN CHIPPENHAM FOR AN OFFICE COORDINATOR ON A 12-MONTH ENGAGEMENT 18ph via UmbrellaOn-site in Chippenham (occasional WFH available)37-hour week over 4.5 days (half a day on Friday)Any overtime at a premium rate12-month contractSC clearance requiredWHAT WILL THE OFFICE COORDINATOR BE DOING?The role of the Office Coordinator will be to provide support to the day-to-day office activities as well as assisting the Office Manager and Security Controller. Other roles include:Managing the office inbox, responding in a timely mannerPOC for local community issues 'site related concerns and feedbackBooking visitors onto siteCoordinating VIP visits and event planningPOC for Digital, Marketing, H&S and EnvironmentWE NEED THE OFFICE COORDINATOR TO HAVE THE FOLLOWINGPrevious experience in an Office or Administrative roleProficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google SuiteOrganisation and Multi-tasking skillsExperience with booking systemsPrevious PA or secretarial experience is a bonusAn active SC clearance is requiredTO BE CONSIDERED.Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to ryan.baker@searchability.com.
