Our client, a leading global name in the luxury goods space, is seeking an exceptional events manager to work closely alongside their Head of Operations. The core responsibility of the role is the complete end-to-end delivery of all internal, company-wide, L&D centric events that take place at their prestigious West-End based head office. As such, a background in high-end events, hospitality, or luxury goods would be hugely beneficial, and a client-facing demeanor and strong service ethic are crucial. The role also includes offering more general support to visiting VIPS/execs using the head office space and ensuring that the guest experience is superb.As well as the logistical piece around the delivery of events, this person will be providing some PA style support to the Head of Ops and assisting the Program Directors with all training collateral and admin duties on the lead up to events.We are ideally looking for someone with a strong background in the luxury hospitality (3-5 years ideal) and with a solid interest in human resources/learning &development. The candidate must be client facing, organised, tech savvy, and not afraid to wear multiple hats! Strong communication skills are a must, and the client would love a French speaker, ideally.Annual salary between 45,000 - 48,000 depending on Experience | Hybrid offering
