Integration Project ManagerBusiness Based in Nottingham Hybrid 45,000 -60,000T2M are currently working alongside a rapidly growing compliance and critical engineering services business to help them to recruit an Integrations Project Manager.As an Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for the onboarding and integration of newly acquired business and report directly to the Group Head of M&A.As an Integration Project Manager your responsibilities will include:Onboarding newly acquired businesses Management of 6-9 month plan post-acquisitionManagement of longer-term integration activitiesStrategic post completion projectsSupporting the M&A team as neededIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesProvide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status of the integration project, including timelines, risks, and progress toward milestonesVisiting newly acquired business units to ensure seamless integration processesRequirements to be a successful Integration Project Manager:Experience delivering multiple projects in parallel against tight deadlines.Highly organised and detailed orientated.Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.Strong problem-solver.Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of people.Project/programme management experience Integration and M&A experience is preferentialAble to build rapport quickly with stakeholders Driving licence essentialAs an Integration Project Manager, you will work from home while also traveling to newly acquired sites to oversee their integration into the wider group businesses.
