This position will actively contribute to shaping our people strategy and driving key initiatives that foster a thriving and productive work environment. Responsibilities include:Lead a global team of People Partners, providing direction, focus and motivation on the key business needs across their deliverables.Work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure they have optimum plans in place to achieve their business objectives including effective headcount management and planning support.Execute the People Partner roadmap based on human centred design theory building high performance foundations.Maintain a full perspective of the business at all times, placing emphasis on talent management, employee relations, policies, and people management procedures in applications across the business.Drive major transformation efforts (e.g. organization design, M&A) or other significant organizational events to drive business results, serving as the expert in how change is led and sustained.Set and hold a high bar for performance by defining high / low performance and holding leaders accountable for managing their talent against these standards.Provide targeted coaching and consultation to senior leaders, to improve individual leader performance and to strengthen the leadership team.QualificationsYou have demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing People teams. You have experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives, including M&A.You have a proven track record of developing and implementing performance management frameworks.You possess experience working in SaaS and scale-up environments.You are fluent in English (fluency in French would be a strong plus) You have experience covering multiple countries including France and the US.
