The Role: Head of Building ServicesSector: Facilities Management Location: LondonSalary: 50,000 to 55,000pa. DOE I am delighted to be working with a landmark conference and event space to find the new Head of Building Services. This role will be equally demanding and rewarding and we are looking for a generalist who can flex their skills across Hard & Soft services, H&S, utilities, security and Project Management. You will manage contractors 'sub-contractors and work consistently to ensure the building is compliant and operational, taking a guest first approach. The venue is about to embark on a series of reinvestment and improvement projects, so project management skills will need to be strong.
