We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month FTC to lead strategic projects that enhance our digital channels, improve sales journeys, and introduce new products and payment methods.If you have a strong background in Life and Pensions and thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment, this could be the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to digital transformation, Data optimisation, and the introduction of new ways of working.Work cross-functionally with business to drive successful project outcomes.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer experience.Act as a key interface between senior stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.Utilize project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure effective planning, execution, and risk management.Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Project Manager within the regulated industry.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence at all levels of the organization.Experience and a deep understanding of project governance.Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.You will be required to go into the Edinburgh office 2/3 days a week.
