Youll work closely with the owner of the business and the Finance Manager during this amazing growth period. Roles requires someone with strong commercial insight and ability to help with implementation of Paprika software.Revenue Accountant Key Responsibilities Include: Monthly Billing cycle - responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billings in accordance with billing instructions for allocated clientsWIP management and analysis ensuring all third party costs are billed on a timely basis, costs from the suppliers are on the correct jobs and jobs are reconciled and cleared down.Set up & maintain clients and projects on systemReview client contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition methodEnsure revenue pipelines are completed correctly.Prepare and maintain month revenue reconciliation schedules accrued and deferred revenue journalsHold regular meetings with account managers, monitoring and reconciling estimated vs. actual 3rd Party costs per project, flagging overspend as soon as it occurs, and discussing aged debtReview Freelancer and third party POsSupport the transition of accounting software from Quickbooks to PaprikaHelp implement new processes on Paprika for better commercial insightPrepare staff utilisation, client profitability, revenue performance and flash growth profit reportsRevenue Accountant Key Attributes Required:Strong Revenue Recognition experienceCommercially mindedPrevious experience in a creative, design, marketing or similar businessThe ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsP/Q ACCA / CIMA or QBEAdvanced Excel/Google SheetsPaprika experience highly desirableThrives in a fast-paced environment but remains calm under pressureStrong analytical capabilities, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProactive, creative, positive, can-do attitudeVisionFR is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, inclusion and eliminating unlawful discrimination within our workforce and whilst fulfilling our Client recruitment needs.
