Junior Product Developer- Mens & Womenswear. A leading streetwear brand is looking to recruit a Junior Product Developer. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the product development process in fashion.Your main responsibilities as a Junior Product Developer will include sending tech packs to factories for sampling and working with the design team to answer any questions from suppliers. You will track samples to ensure they arrive on time for selection meetings and keep sample rails organized and up to date. Managing timelines with suppliers is an important part of the role, ensuring that samples and production stay on schedule.You will also help create style specifications, assist with grading across different sizes, and review fit samples. Providing feedback on prototypes and production samples will be key to making sure everything meets quality standards. Additionally, you will update tracking documents with confirmed purchase orders and support weekly meetings with suppliers to address any issues.
