We are looking for a Training & Compliance Supervisor, supporting our clients in meeting FCA standards while driving a culture of compliance and competency.Role PurposeYoull oversee the training and compliance functions of Independent Financial Advisors/Paraplanners, ensuring staff have the skills and knowledge to meet regulatory and internal standards. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, youll develop policies, deliver training, and provide critical guidance on FCA regulations, identifying and addressing risks to protect the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage training and compliance policies and the T&C scheme.Deliver compliance training and ensure new starters and advisers meet competency standards.Conduct internal reviews, audits, and file checks, maintaining FCA-compliant records.Provide advice on regulatory changes and support annual Fit & Proper assessments.Investigate complaints, ensuring compliance with FCA handling rules.Manage recruitment processes for FCA-approved functions and certifications.What Were Looking ForStrong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance functions.Proven ability to simplify regulations and deliver effective training.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience managing T&C schemes and providing compliance advice.Knowledge with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.If you have the relevant experience, click the apply button now!
