Kingsley Napley LLP (KN) Head of Knowledge This is a brand-new opportunity at Kingsley Napley (KN) for someone to lead a newly created central Knowledge function; one that is closely aligned with the firms Innovation and Client Solutions strategy. Were looking to supercharge our most valuable asset and put our best foot forward in achieving the goals of the firm-wide business plan, and this proposal allows for a unified and streamlined approach that aligns our efforts more strategically across the business. The Head of Knowledge will report directly into the Director of Innovation; leading an established group of knowledge professionals from a strategic and technical standpoint. The Knowledge function will naturally align with the firms AI strategy as well as our Digital Transformation Programme, however collaboration across most of the business services teams will be integral to the functions success. Were looking for a leader and subject matter expert who can demonstrably show how knowledge can be used as a growth lever for a business; someone with vision (who can sell that vision to the firm) with a commercially minded and top down view of knowledge strategy. Well want to see how you envisage Knowledge & Innovation working together as well as your ability to work towards a shared goal and shared vision. Coming into a new function will inevitably involve bringing about change. The successful individual will be compelling and persuasive in their approach and able to navigate the complexities of change management. This role is a blend of strategy and delivery and we are looking for a completer/ finisher to provide excellent oversight and ensure the adoption of best practice. Industry experience is important here and so are looking for someone from law ideally from a central function who can take a broader view and apply that going forward.
