Strong salary and private healthcareMon to FriSingle site based in Bishopsgate, no travel elsewhere requiredHere at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop their leadership resource aligned against their client's UK Headquarters facility in Bishopsgate, London.The client are a multinational retail & corporate banking organisation, with a powerful brand and sizeable market share. This is their most critical and corporate site in the UK, home to a myriad of critical M&E systems, UPS, Generators, Cooling & Heating systems, DRUPS etcThere is a major and long term project pipeline in operation to replace and upgrade these assetsHere, you will provide Technical support for Project Engineering teams responsible for the replacement of these M&S assets, including engineers working for the client and sub contractors, plus 4 Project Engineers you will line manageThis is not a traditional Project Management role, instead, your focus will be to ensure Project work across the site meets Safe Systems of Work standards and all round compliant and robust from a technical perspectiveYou will work closely with the Project Manager who looks after timeframes, and budgets etc but focusing on the technical side of Project DeliveryWe are looking to recruit a Technically strong Supervisor with all around of Building Services, including within Critical Environments, ideally Electrically biased and AP, with strong communication and leadership skills, looking to progress into Technical ManagementActions will include:Implement, administer and audit safe systems of work on all appointed accountsEnsure Project contractors adhere to safe methods of working, complying with our site standards and working to their own SSoW.Promote and ensure the highest levels of health and Safety are achieved across sites.Ensure Statutory, mandatory and contractual compliance for delivery of a Safe System of Work in all project worksEngage with BAU Operational teams to assist with activities where required, ensuring a one team approach.Be responsible for setting the Safe System of Work requirements for High-Risk project activities on sitesManage costs for labour where involved in Project works.Ensure all chargeable works are recorded and financed appropriately and in budget.We need from you:Clear M&E qualification with strong engineering awareness within a critical environment and leadership experience
