If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Our client, a well-respected international bank, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Private Banking Assistant for a 5-month contract role.What you'll do: Support Private Banking Relationship Managers with their day-to-day activities. Assist with account opening processes, including preparing documentation and conducting necessary checks. Handle client relationship transfers. Manage debit card requests, activations, cancellations, and fraud investigations. Assist clients with internet banking registration and troubleshooting. Prepare and follow up on customer information requests. Ensure adherence to all relevant banking policies and procedures. Work on ad-hoc client and bank-related tasks.Who you are: You have a university degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. You possess no more than 3 years of banking experience. You speak fluent Arabic You have an understanding of financial markets and banking products and services. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. You are a good listener with strong customer relation skills, self-control, and patience. You can interact professionally with colleagues. You have a strong commitment to the job and are determined to excel.The Perks: Competitive salary: 34,000 or equivalent daily rate.
