SAP & Overheating Specialist 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE) + Private Medical Insurance Remote (occasional London meetups) A sustainability consultancy is seeking a skilled SAP & Overheating Specialist to deliver SAP calculations, SBEM assessments, overheating analysis, and energy strategy reports. Key Responsibilities: Conduct SAP calculations, SBEM assessments, and EPCs for new and existing buildings. Perform overheating assessments using IES or similar software. Advise clients on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and regulatory compliance. Attend virtual design meetings to support sustainable building strategies. Assist in training and mentoring new assessors. Essential Skills & Qualifications: OCDEA qualification (On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor). Experience with TM59/TM54 and proficiency in IES or DesignBuilder. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. Desirable Skills: Experience in PSI value calculations, daylight 'sunlight assessments, SBEM, BREEAM, or ESOS.
