The Role As afreelance interpreter, you will: Facilitate communication between non-English speakers and service providers Interpret in various settings, such as Courts, Law Firms, Social Services, NHS and other medical settings. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Work on an ad-hoc basis, accepting assignments that fit your schedule Requirements Fluency inEnglishand at least one other language Previous interpreting/translations experience is essential Must provide a valid/current Enhanced DBS check Must be eligible for self-employment in the UK Must have two professional interpreting/translations employment references.
