The inspector will support our customer based in Plymouth, ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to the overall success of the project. Main Responsibilities: Ensure all standards, specifications, and procedures are met for quality assurance. Use appropriate tools, gauges, and measurement equipment to carry out inspections. Perform basic product conformity inspections using existing knowledge, training, or mentoring against drawings or other specified documentation. Report on product conformity, including equipment, methods, specifications, inspection methodologies, and tolerances. Review traceability data and report findings as needed. Conduct process audits if required. Approve products for release when conformity is met. Raise non-conformance reports, control, and segregate non-conforming materials. Communicate product conformity results to relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong attention to detail with a passion for ensuring quality standards. Competence in using inspection tools, gauges, and measurement equipment. Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the team. Benefits: Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM. Mileage allowance: 15p per mile for up to 450 miles, covering both travel to and from the project. Accommodation: Hotel paid for by E-ppl. Competitive pay rate: 20 per hour.
