Billing Process Management: Oversee the entire billing cycle, from rate application and data entry to invoice generation and distribution. Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adhering to client contracts, pricing agreements, and regulatory requirements. Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze billing reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. System Optimization: Evaluate and optimize billing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing billing-related questions and concerns. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information. Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to streamline billing operations and reduce errors. Staying Up-to-Date: Remain current on industry regulations and best practices related to logistics billing.
