Your responsibilities will include: ?? Cost Planning & Feasibility Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, tenders, and life-cycle costing analysis. ?? Tender Management Preparing and reviewing high-quality tender documentation. ?? Contract Administration Managing post-contract procedures, variations, and final accounts. ?? Stakeholder Engagement Building long-term relationships and providing strategic advice. ?? Risk & Compliance Applying risk management techniques and ensuring compliance with relevant contracts and legislation. What You'll Need: ? Degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience) ? RICS Membership (or working towards Chartered status) ? Strong contract knowledge (NEC3, BCT) ? Experience in a similar consultancy or construction role ?
