Centre DirectorMake sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.- Digestive Health Services Central London 70,000- 75,000 Bonus Full Time About: Im delighted to partner with a renowned private hospital who is developing new models to meet challenges, including specialised clinic models designed around the patient, supported by teams of internationally renowned doctors.Their flagship site in London is a specialist facility of minimally invasive day surgery and outpatient diagnostics.They are driving excellence and improving patient outcomes by breaking down the barriers that exist in today's healthcare system.Summary They are seeking an ambitious, dynamic Centre Director to lead a unique, private patient One-stop-shop Digestive Health Clinic located in London.Opportunity We are looking for an outstanding Centre Director to manage the Digestive Health Centre.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare manager to work with a group of leading gastroenterologists and colorectal consultants to operate and develop this diagnostic centre.You will take responsibility for managing the following aspects of the centre: Operations Accountability for the day-to-day management of the centre.Ensuring that all administrative and clinical staff are effectively organised and managed to provide an efficient infrastructure that enables delivery of top-quality care.Commercial & Financial Identify opportunities to grow the centre revenue and profitability.To be responsible for managing the centres budget and to be involved in financial planning.Quality assurance & performance improvement Ensuring the centres activities and records adhere to regulatory requirements; evaluating performance and developing action plans for improvement.Facilitating communication and problem solving to establish effective working relationships between clinicians and centre staff.Develop a culture of continuous improvement that focusses on quality and patient satisfaction.People management Selecting, orientating, supervising, and evaluating the performance of all staff.Maintaining standards of performance and assisting in the development and completion of personal development plans for all staff members.Training & development Actively seeking opportunities to continually develop own knowledge and that of the unit staff.Regulatory, governance 'safety Ensure appropriate processes and outcome management are in place to meet the requirements of all accreditation bodies, including but not limited to CQC, in the role as registered manager for the centre.Profile Extensive knowledge of Digestive Diseases and Colorectal conditions, diagnostic tests, and outpatient procedures.Experience in healthcare management including all aspects of an independent clinical practice (e.g.admin, operations, commercial) A minimum of a bachelors degree in healthcare or a related field Recognised management training/qualification is desirable An understanding of regulatory requirements & compliance in the healthcare industry A commitment to providing the highest-quality patient care and an ability to maintain and improve standards of care in a complex and dynamic environment Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data driven decisions and identify areas for improvement Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellence in: Leadership & people management skills Financial management Adaptability and agility Communications skills- presenting, influencing, persuading, and negotiating Collaboration building partnerships and strategic working relationships Integrity and resilience Problem solving skills Planning, organisation, and delegation skills Salary & benefits Competitive salary (experience dependent) & employee benefits Recommendations Compass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultancy for this permanent vacancy; we offer 200 worth of John Lewis Vouchers for each successful recommendation.Contact Details If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, please contact Beth Burgess directly on 02392 316 033.Alternatively email an updated CV to bburgesscompassltd.co.uk
