Job Description

Income Generation & Communications Manager Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours Salary: 50,788 to 52,805 Location: Bath & Flexible home working Contract Type: Permanent Additional Information:: DHI offers up to 31 days paid leave (service related) in addition to statutory holidays, a 7% pension contribution and Employee Assistance Scheme. The Role DHI are recruiting an Income Generation & Communications Manager to lead DHIs communications and fundraising strategy to ensure key messages are effective and reach the right audiences at the right time to promote and support DHIs work. You will be responsible for delivering high quality fundraising plans across a range of income streams in order to create a sustainable future for the work that DHI delivers. DHI supports those excluded from society as a result of poverty, deprivation, abuse, or neglect, to turn their lives around and thrive. We deliver services to people across the Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire areas. About You You will have a successful track record in communications or marketing, fundraising, or business development. You will be a confident communicator with an ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans that support DHIs work through effective communications and fundraising.
