This exciting opportunity offers an unmatched route of career progression, and a great family feel working environment!What You Can ExpectLocation LondonIndustry Property ManagementSalary Up to 29,000Work type ContractMain Responsibilities as a Night ConciergeFront of HouseAct as an ambassador of the organisation's brand, prioritising excellence in customer service.Interact enthusiastically and empathetically with customers.Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a polite and brand-identifying manner.Respond to complaints and concerns, seeking appropriate solutions.Display empathy in handling customer requests, queries, or concerns.Pursue additional in-house training or learning when necessary.Asset ManagementSupport ongoing asset management routines for the development, ensuring efficient completion of contract, risk, and mobilisation management tasks.MobilisationAssist in the mobilisation process, including liaison with key stakeholders such as clients, outgoing agents, internal teams, and other stakeholders.Ensure meticulous completion and documentation of mobilisation tasks in relevant systems.Enhance the initial customer experience by efficiently completing mobilisation actions.Risk ManagementTake ownership of on-site risk management routines, utilising organisational systems and processes for compliance.Liaise with client relationship/support teams, contractors, and customers to facilitate risk assessments and routine risk management tasks.Maintain a detailed audit trail of all actions and certifications within the organisation's system.Report on compliance levels within the development and define actions to improve compliance.Contract ManagementSupport development contract management routines, utilising organisational systems to ensure the appropriate contracts are tendered, implemented, and documented.Liaise with client relationship/support teams and contractors to ensure each development has a completed and appropriate contract schedule.Ensure necessary information is saved to the organisation's systems and actions are diarised as needed.For further information on this Night Concierge role apply belowWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
