We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Ecommerce Executive to support our Ecommerce technical and web related sales growth. The candidate should offer analytical and technical skills and be proficient in the use online sales systems and techniques.Responsibilities will include:Assisting the E-commerce Manager to implement the overall online sales strategy.The administration of the company's websites from content uploading to order processing.Administration of 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay.Supporting the management of our CRM system to deal with customer orders & queries.Desirable criteria:Evidence of successful SEO strategy implementationWorking knowledge and experience of using CMS systems.Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Email Marketing platforms such as Klaviyo & MailchimpExperience within social media advertisingExperience of online PPC adsKnowledge of Amazon and similar platforms.Salary and Benefits:4 day working week (1pm finish on a Friday)Flexible working hours28 days paid holidays (additional days awarded for long service)Company sick pay schemeTraining and Personal development opportunitiesLong service awardPerformance BonusPension SchemeOnsite parking
