Our client is working on a major distribution warehouse project in Northamptonshire for a well known on-lie retailer and as a result need a capable and professional individual to start ASAP. The successful candidate undertake the following: Planning, coordination, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including design, materials procurement, and site work.Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with contractors and other stakeholdersMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsResolve any issues or problems that may arise during the course of construction projectsCommunicate regularly with all parties involved with the design and construction processEnsure all projects comply with local, and European regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocolsAssist in managing project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effective practices.
