Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our Quality Assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires good CMM & PC-DMIS experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001).Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with the turning and milling departments to check parts quickly and accurately.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions effectively.Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, ensuring adherence to established protocols.Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, audits, and compliance records.PPAP & IMDS knowledge is preferred.RequirementsProven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a CNC machining company.Understanding of manufacturing process's eg.
