We are looking for candidates based in London who are passionate about managing and organising the London office of a growing and dynamic International Tour Operator. This exciting opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time employment.The CompanyPeople dont take trips trips take people and were in the business of planning and organising trips all over the globe for almost half a million travellers each year.Were G2 Travel, a wholesale tour operator with a network of offices spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.Were not a corporation and dont behave like one results are achieved through collaboration and teamwork a place where everyone gets noticed.We believe that work should be enjoyable, stimulating and fun!The RoleAs an Administration/Office Assistant, you will provide essential support to the General Manager for Office and HR management of a young, energetic and busy team. This position includes HR, administrative, and office management responsibilities. Main ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:Liaise between recruitment companies and team leaders.Issue offer letters and new hire documentation.Coordinate the onboarding process, including provision of equipment, information, and training schedules for new employees.HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, promotions, terminations, and benefits enrolment.Process any benefits changes or additions accordingly.Support with HR data and reports, note-taking in meetings, drafting letters, sending calendar invites.Provide payroll support by creating monthly payroll files for the HR Business Partner.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the GM, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the GM.Support with various HR projects.Organise corporate and social events.Office/Facilities Management:Support with the administration of Health & Safety requirements for the building.Organise and procure maintenance services.Monitor and order office equipment and supplies.Handle payment of supplier invoices and investigate payment queries.Manage payment, filing, and coordination of staff expenses.The RequirementsBrings common sense with a logical and practical approach to problem-solving.Discreet and highly trustworthy, fostering confidence in any task.Naturally well-organised and proactive, always staying one step ahead.A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.Communicates diplomatically and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable working with data.Confident with numbers and detail-oriented.Basic IT knowledge to handle simple staff issues with ease.The Deal If you accept this role we offer:A first-class, conveniently located office with a small gym.Flexibility in hybrid working arrangements.
