Due to their significant pipeline, security is a big selling point, as is opportunity to progress career.Experience:Managing multiple work streams including disrepairExperience in completing construction phase plansClient contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teamsP&L, cash flow and costsCreating a work safe cultureAble to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same timeGood communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractorsMust have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlookAble to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a teamAble to produce and deliver progress reportsMust be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management teamKey role on a newly won contract so gives the successful Operations Manager to mould the role and build a team.
