Salary is to 100,000 and dependent on experience. The successful candidate will head up a small team of Real Estate Finance Solicitors, who sit within the larger transactional and development practice. The department runs a majority lender side caseload, that will include real estate development finance, mezzanine lending and Islamic finance. Your deep knowledge and understanding of Real Estate Finance will see you act on the more complex matters, and be positioned as the second opinion and support to less experienced team members.
