As the new manager you will be expected to maintain the standards whilst leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients and delivering agreements. This is going to be a busy, hands-on role. You will take control of your P&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver.
