This is an outbound telephone-based lead generation position with a focus on booking qualified meetings for the Sales Specialists.Main DutiesGenerate qualified leads for the Sales team with key stakeholders who have decision making authority from a mix of cold and warm callingMaintain a sales funnel for future months of high value prospectsIdentify potential leads from all the tools available - CRM, Referrals, Market Knowledge and SocialExceed all targets - sales leads generated and phone activitySkill and KnowledgeMinimum 2 years' experience in business development/appointment setting/sales (B2B preferred)Confidence EnthusiasmHard working attitude Drive to succeedMarketing background an advantageSalary and Benefits36 hours per week Monday to FridayUncapped commission structureContributory Pension Scheme25 days holiday plus bank holidaysStaff incentivesOn site parkingJBRP1_UKTJ
