Our newly opened Children's Home in Wakefield (West Yorkshire), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager who is open to becoming a Registered Manager within a year who is currently enrolled or holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Childcare and at least 2 years experience in residential children home. We offer an exciting, supportive, and hands-on role that makes a real difference in the lives of our young residents.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the home with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach, applying your in-depth knowledge and skills .
