My client who are a leading data and tech company based in the UK are on the lookout for a HRIS Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be remote based with 1-2 days onsite in Peterborough or London per month. Responsibilities: Assists in delivery of projects or service improvements planning, scheduling and monitoring own work within agreed deadlines Undertake configuration and customisation of the HR system & interfaces, in line with the scope of the role and to business needs Provides detailed technical analysis & impact assessments Acts as a HR systems technical authority to the business providing guidance and advice where necessary Builds strong working relationships with internal HR and IT function and 3rd party software providers Ensures that the appropriate levels of regression testing to mitigate risks from monthly patch bundles and major release upgrades Identifies potential trends in faults and proactively drives software improvements Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM System configuration including HR administration, Redwood and self-service functionality Working knowledge of Oracle BI administration Working knowledge of Oracle fast formula and workforce structures Working knowledge of payroll systems and processes Experience working with system integrations Working knowledge of the Oracle security model Working experience of Oracle Taleo and ORC systems configuration Excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously and prioritise schedules Apply now for immediate consideration!
