The role will primarily be focused on complaints work with Housing Standards and Conditions. The position is hybrid so will require some office/site presence - ideally twice per/week but will be caseload depending. Rates are negotiable depending on experience. Criteria to be considered: Must have recent Council experience working within Private Sector Housing. Must have HHSRS certificate (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) Be confident conducting inspections on your own for HMO properties.
