Key job requirements include: Undertaking a variety of Stock condition and EPC surveys investigating building defects and producing life cyclecostings Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports Inputting data on site and at home We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor/Domestic Energy Assessor with excellent personal and communication skills.
