Job Title: Litigation Executive (RTA) Location: Blackburn (Hybrid) Salary: 38,000 - 48,000 per annum About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm in Blackburn for an experienced Litigation Executive specializing in Road Traffic Accident claims. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from the firms modern Blackburn office. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of litigated RTA claims and play a vital role in the firms litigation team. Key Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of litigated RTA claims from instruction to resolution. Preparing legal documentation, including pleadings, statements, and court bundles. Representing clients interests by negotiating settlements and progressing cases through the litigation process. Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression. Adhering to court deadlines and maintaining compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). Keeping up-to-date with legal developments relevant to RTA claims. Ideal Candidate: At least 2 - 3 years of experience in managing litigated RTA claims. Strong knowledge of the CPR and RTA case law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with attention to detail. Familiarity with case management systems and legal software.
