This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across a large commercial office space. Key Responsibilities: PPM & Reactive Maintenance Ensure HVAC systems are maintained in line with contract requirements. Fault Finding & Repairs Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of A/C systems. Systems Covered Single & multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, VAVs, DX Units, CRAC units, Close Control. Technical Work Compressor replacements, condensers, re-gassing, brazing, soldering, and more. Compliance Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and up to date. Subcontractor Coordination & Management Liaise with third parties when required. General Building Services Support with PPMs and reactive works where necessary. What We're Looking For: F-Gas Category 1 (Essential) 3+ years' experience in service & maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
