Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in Cowley, Oxford My client is a leading FM and Maintenance company. They are currently recruiting a mechanical maintenance supervisor. You will have your level 3 either NVQ, city and guilds or equivalent in mechanical/plumbing. with a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Corporate Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, on all plant equipment, pumps, backup generators, plumbing, ahu's, fan coils and general hvac maintenance, water treatment. Looking after 4 mechanical engineers, making sure ppm's have been completed, making sure cafm system is updated and all compliance is completed.
