Our client is seeking an NQ - 3 year qualified Solicitor with expertise in Property Litigation matters. Responsibilities Include: Managing a range of property/civil litigation matters Ideally experience in service charges and ground rent debt recovery (residential and commercial) Breaches of covenant and general Landlord and Tenant matters is desirable. Reviewing claims Complying with Court and/or Tribunal deadlines as required Provide advice to clients and internally when needed Contributing to business development activity and networking events on behalf of the firm Have the ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines You will be joining a nice sized team consisting of 2 supervising solicitors, 3 solicitors and 3 paralegals.
