The Role Tony Benger Landscaping is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team. This varied role includes: Duties General labouring duties Fencing installation and repairs Laying slabs and groundwork Garden and lawn maintenance Using power tools and hand tools safely Mowing, trimming, planting Inspecting outdoor areas and reporting maintenance needs Requirements Proven experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is preferred. Confident in operating various power tools and hand tools. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical stamina to perform manual labour including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of maintenance are met.
