Salary: 25,000 to 29,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Summary of the Financial Planning AdministratorRole: A well-established wealth management firm, specialising in providing holistic financial services to dentists, is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with financial advisers, as well as the administration and senior paraplanning teams, providing support with basic suitability report writing, annual reviews, and general administration. What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include: Manage client and policy information on the back office system (Xplan) New business processing and post-sale support Process withdrawal and drawdown requests Handle client queries Write basic reports (e.g., insurance, investment) Carry out bespoke drawdown reviews Key Qualities and Skills Required for this Financial Planning Administrator Role: Strong working knowledge and experience in financial services administration Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in written and numerical tasks Previous experience with Xplan preferred Ability to use initiative for problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Capable of following company processes Additional Useful Qualities and Skills: Interest in attaining or currently studying financial services qualifications Ability to innovate and suggest improvements in processes Willingness to learn new skills as required Apply today to be considered for this Financial Planning Administrator opportunity.
