This is a fantastic opportunity to work on self-build projects across Oxfordshire , contributing to the creation of high-quality, sustainable homes . You will play a key role in helping clients build their forever homes, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and dedication. Key Responsibilities: Work on a variety of plumbing and heating systems, including: Underfloor heating (UFH) Plant rooms Air-source heat pumps (ASHP) Ground-source heat pumps (GSHP) Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) Oversee the installation and maintenance of 1st and 2nd fix plumbing . Ensure effective installation of renewable energy systems , such as ASHP, GSHP, and MVHR. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship, even in hidden or unseen areas. Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Proactively solve problems and offer solutions to challenges on high-end residential projects. What Were Looking For: At least 4 years of plumbing and heating experience . Proven experience with 1st and 2nd fix plumbing , UFH systems , and plant room installations . Familiarity with renewable energy systems such as ASHP, GSHP, and MVHR. A strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship with attention to detail, including areas that may be hidden or unseen. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex projects. A problem-solving attitude and a commitment to exceeding client expectations .
