This role is ideal for an experienced manager or a senior engineer looking to step up into a leadership position. The Role As a Field Line Manager , you will be responsible for: Organising and managing a team of Fire & Security Engineers Providing technical support and guidance on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems Ensuring projects and maintenance work comply with NSI regulations and procedures Conducting performance reviews and driving efficiency within the team Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and KPI delivery Maintaining high standards of health 'safety and compliance What Were Looking For Strong technical background in fire and security systems, including conventional and addressable Fire Alarms Man-management experience or a senior engineer ready to step into a leadership role Good understanding of NSI regulations and industry standards Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills Full UK driving licence Whats in It for You?
