Whilst working to set KPIs engaging candidates you will be required to use social medias, calls, emailsand texts to candidates raising awareness to them of your recent roles, attracting the talent for their clients. Youll undergo a second to none training program provided to you by the company Directors supplying you with insider knowledge, tips and tricks required to become a talented head-hunter, furthermoreallowing you to develop within a business growing year by year. With a starting salary ranging from 25,000 - 28,000 depending on experience supported with an uncapped and unrivalled commission structure. This will make your annual OTEs 40,000 - 50,000.
