We're looking for a versatile, hands-on professional to help us meet growing demand.About the Role: Join Our Growing Maintenance Team as a Multi-Skilled Tradesman.Position: Multi-Skilled Tradesman.Type: Self-Employed Contractor / Full-Time Employment (for the right candidate).Start Date: ASAP.Responsibilities:Handling a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties.Assisting in property refurbishments.Performing general repairs, including plumbing, decorating, carpentry, and more, depending on your expertise.Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Qualifications: Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman, with expertise in at least two or more trades (plumbing, decorating, carpentry, etc.). Own vehicle, insurance, and tools are required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and with a team. A reliable, proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to travel to different job sites within Yorkshire.Required Skills: Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman, with expertise in at least two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
