Working within our First Line Onboarding and Monitoring Team across London and Lisbon, you will:Deliver exceptional client experiences by streamlining onboarding and KYC processes.Conduct initial Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in line with regulatory requirements and KNGs internal policies for the global institutional book of business.Review and verify customer documentation, including ID, proof of address, and other relevant information, to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions laws and regulations in the UK and Portugal.Identify and escalate potential risks or discrepancies to Head of Onboarding and Monitoring or compliance where required.Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with colleagues in the UK, Portugal and US to ensure best practices and high-quality delivery.Stay informed of regulatory updates and industry best practices related to KYC and AML.What Were Looking For: Were seeking motivated, proactive, and client-focused professionals with:Minimum Bachelors Degree.Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.Working knowledge of UK and EU AML regulatory frameworks and related legislation. AML or KYC related industry qualifications are not required but are beneficial. Self-motivation and the ability to work within the regulatory standards while focusing on excellence in customer experience. Team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and aptitude to engage stakeholders but can also work independently and under pressure Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse documentation for accuracy and compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions for related projects Professional and structured approach working with both clients and internal stakeholders.Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.
