This is evidenced by their exceptional staff retention.The OpportunitiesProject Manager to lead and direct the project team on site. Typically acting as No.1 on site reporting to a visiting Project Director / Contracts Manager. Project values from 5m to 10m.Duties will include programming of the project using Power Project software, managing all daily site activities, liaising with clients, site teams and other construction professionals, and managing projects concurrently during the pre-construction and post completion stages.Project Director to either lead one large project (contract value 10m-25m+) or manage two projects in a Contract Manager type role with a project manager or senior site manager on each project.Reporting directly to the Divisional Director you will take the lead on programming, preconstruction and delivery through handover - with an emphasis on client/client team liaison and managing all consultants and senior level stakeholders in your projects.The company have a fantastic reputation and a very happy team.
