Maintaining creditors ledger accounts Dealing with corporate credit card accounts: obtaining statements, receipts, coding, and uploading activity to the ledger. Preparation of weekly payment runs by reviewing aged creditors reports. Setting up multicurrency payments in Barclays internet banking system. Maintaining fixed assets register and processing monthly depreciation Dealing with suppliers queries, including discussions of outstanding balances. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Processing of employee expense claims Assisting in preparing monthly management accountsWhat youll bring Required bookkeeping knowledge, Excel skills, working experience in purchase ledger management, and working experience in balance accounts management. Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
