Young Artists creates environments that nurture artists and builds them long term careers. We are seeking a detail orientated Management Assistant to support our team across a world class roster.In this role, you'll manage complex administrative tasks, coordinate between multiple teams, solve logistical challenges and ensure our managers can focus on strategizing and developing our artists' careers.Given the locations of our artists, you should be comfortable working across multiple time zones and projects at the same time.The position is full time and based at Young Space, our East London office, with opportunities for travel as you progress in your role.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Clear, structured and regular communication with artists, managers and teamsKeeping detailed and accurate artist diariesPlanning and booking travel and accommodationProducing schedules, itineraries and day sheetsSourcing, contracting and organising glam teamsCollating and seeking approvals from artistsCreating and updating budgetsSecurely filing and archiving all audio and visual assetsAssisting with all creative productionOverseeing tour announcements and marketing logisticsCoordinating social media teams, content creation and posting scheduleAssisting with merchandisingSupporting label teams with release campaignsLiaising with brands to fulfil partnership obligationsMaintaining a focus on artist priorities and management strategyRequired experience:Minimum 2 yrs experience working with an established artist and/or project managing a global campaignExcellent organizational and communication skillsAble to work independently and across multiple time zonesComfortable with technology and digital communication toolsConfident drafting and updating budgetsBasic knowledge of music industry contracts and rights managementUnderstanding of music release cycles and tour logisticsKnowledge of music publishing, sync licensing, and digital asset managementFamiliar with social media platforms and analyticsExisting right to work in the UK long termValid passport with ability to travel internationallyEssential personal attributes:Passion for music, the arts and cultureExceptional discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentialityGood problem-solving abilities, especially under pressureEmotionally intelligent communication style with ability to manage multiple stakeholdersResilient self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environmentTo apply please send your CV and cover letter detailing the below two points to:cv@y-o-u-n-g.com1.In whatever format you like, show us what you are into.2.In less than 500 words explain why this role suits your strengths and desired career path.Please include Management Assistant as the subject header.Please do not apply via LinkedIn.Application window closes at 6pm on 21thFEB 25.Young embraces the principle of equal employment opportunity for all.
