Striving for excellence you will take our visitor experience to the next level through collaborating with the General Manager and HR Manager to implement an engaging performance plan for our visitor experience team. Main Duties Facilities Management You will take full responsibility for the planning and delivery of a first class hard and soft facilities maintenance schedule, ensuring FRAMELESS remains a best-in-class visitor experience and workspace. You will build strong stakeholder relationships with our landlord, all key contractors, external cleaning team and internal stakeholders to enable cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of priorities across the organisation, creating an efficient and a timely preventative maintenance program and timely ad-hoc repairs. Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety assessments. You are a safety role model, driving excellent standards and keeping our visitors and employees safe. A Health and Safety role model, you will oversee the delivery of all annual testing and training for our people ensuring total compliance and maintaining robust records that drive excellent standards that keep our visitors and employees safe. Skills & Experience: Operational experience within a customer-facing environment. Typically, the breadth of experience we are looking for would be three years experience in the following sectors: -Visitor attraction -Hospitality (group level) -Retail (group level)A demonstrable track record of overseeing facilities management, maintenance practises and safety regulations. Your experience encompasses the creation and approval of internal and external RAMS documentation. You will be able to explain to us how your people management skills have directly had a positive impact on teams performance. You are known for your friendly, calm and approachable manner. You have an excellent attention to detail nothing gets by without you noticing.You are good at ruthlessly prioritising your time, and are a completer-finisher when managing multiple tasks, as well as being adaptable when work tasks and priorities change.You have a growth mindset, you are up to date with developments in your industry, and you learn from setbacks and embrace challenges.
