This family-owned business acquires sites across multiple asset classes for long-term value-add and boasts an impressive portfolio. They have developed major industrial and warehouse schemes over the past couple of years and are looking to continue their growth trajectory, with substantial cash reserves ready to deploy.Reporting into the Head of Development, the Project Manager will take on an autonomous role, leading the delivery of their industrial development pipeline. They will manage project budgets, schedules, teams, and resources, ensuring projects meet all scope, quality, safety, and financial objectives. The role also involves coordinating and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through the various stages of the development lifecycle.The Role:Experience within the industrial or Logistics sector.Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to final project delivery.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Oversee project design, procurement, and construction processes, ensuring that the scope is delivered as per contract requirements and specifications.Oversee the preparation and submission of project reports, documentation, and updates for internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication of project status.Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including architects, engineers, and local authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.Salary circa: 100K + Package + Bonus
