Your responsibilities will include creating procurement strategies, preparing RFQs/ITTs, managing and evaluating submissions, and making recommendations for contract awards.The company offers a flexible work schedule, with a minimum of three days a week in the office, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life. Additionally, you'll receive full support and funding for your CIPS qualification as you grow your career within this leading brand.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end procurement activities for the sourcing of subcontractsPreparation of invitation to tenders and requests for quotations for subcontract, materials and service requirements.Support the implementation and delivery of direct business unit and wider group procurement and supply chain initiativesUndertake strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) to improve service delivery and help ensure suppliers deliver contracted outcomes.Manage supplier performance (SPM) using portal for projects/ contracts.Escalate any ongoing problemsProvide procurement support for estimating and work winning opportunities for the Business UnitLiaise with the work winning and Project teams to assist with the resolution of supply issues, escalating as and when required to higher members of the team.Provide procurement support for estimating and work winning opportunities for the Business Unit.
