Above all else we are looking for people with their heads and hearts in the right place.Diverse and varied role providing administration support across the business Key Responsibilities: Diary management: booking meetings with clients/external / internal personnel.Generation of Invoices.International travel arrangements (NY, Denver, Chicago, Nordics).Event booking.Monthly expenses.Manage emails for partner daily.Director/Manager/Partner clients letters.Client mail distribution daily.New client set-up: all engagement letters, client forms set-up, closing clients.Client updates.Podcast booking.
